Every high school youth deserves an opportunity to succeed.
MISSION
Our mission is to provide disadvantaged high school youth access to educational resources and equitable opportunities that will change the course of their future. There is focus and emphasis on attending college and establishing the path to college success. There is also focus on life skills and professional job skills readiness. In an effort to prepare each member student to enter college and/or the professional work force.
Activities are available to guide each youth to identify their passions and professional interest. AES provides encouragement to each student to believe in themselves and ASPIRE to be all they desire. We aim to remain a stable foundation of education and life support from High school to completion of college. AES provides educational and life skills opportunities that can transform individuals personally and positively impact entire communities. Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are essential to our mission.
